Not Cannonball Run II bad but just the sort of bad I haven't sat through in some time. There were parts of it that were good-bad, like when the werewolf (in suit and tie) gets on all fours to lick the scientist's face, ('Good boy. Good boy.') but on the whole it's not as good-bad as, say, Vampire Hookers.

I recall someone recommending the picture to me a few months back, and now I'm just trying to figure out who this sadist was.
