You can find plenty of home recipes for re-proofing your clothes. I don't have much experience with this, but there should be plenty of reviews to go along with the experimenting. Rather than spending the bank on the likes of Filson and Barbour, you can make your own, and then you can play with the recipe to tailor it to your needs. There are also other companies making fabric wax, like Otter Wax.
