1950s/60S (?) Blue Bell dungarees. 52" x 30" (notice how far the rear pockets are from the center seam).

If anyone can date these more accurately that would be appreciated.

I like the red stitching on these. Do they have the hammer loop and tool pocket on the sides of the legs, or are they plain?

Hello gents,

I posted this to the 'British Workwear' thread too, but thought it might be of interest to you guys. It's my Grandpa (Papa) in the late nineteen-forties (far left) with his workmates from the coal mines. I like his zipped pullover, as well as that fellow's knitted waistcoat. I'm after one like that.


Dinerman - I like the label on 'Test'.
