It wouldn't surprise me to learn that returning those bottles for the refund played a part in that young man on the right getting that Porkpie hat.
Cool collection, Mark. I remember my mother bringing us tyrolean hats like the one in the center back from holiday when we were little. She thought they were so cute, but my brothers and I hated them. They were taptered, stingy brimmed, green (no surprise there) and had feathers (also no suprise). The lesson is best be careful what you make your kids wear!These are all children's hats from the 40's and 50's.....most of my smallish collection of hats for the "young ones".
