USPS Ground Advantage Gripes

Must be standard operation procedure, I ordered a Christmas gift for my wife and the package was shipped from the company in NY, for some reason the package was at a facility in Indiana North West of my house, the package was sent to Chicago, that is the second time that the package was shipped to Chicago, today the package is in Cincinnati OH, I might get the package tomorrow, or it could be in Chicago again.

We are all paying to fly it aimless around the country. Maybe that's why postage rates are so high.

We have used them at work. Once. That was all it took. Angry customers are just not worth saving a few dollars over. I've never understood why they provide tracking if it's not accurate at all. As a buyer, I try to just be patient when I see that's the method. But I'd never expect someone else to do the same with their purchase. Seems USPS has very little accountability. Imagine that huh.
