Stopped by a B & K in Dekalb, IL - couldn't get the store number. But Classic Style was in both the tower and on the rack, although hard to see behind other magazines in the rack.

So I moved them forward.

Best,
Robert

I stopped by a little over a week ago at the B&N here in eugene and looked all over for it, I had to ask at the counter and they showed me where it was at in the Men's section, hide behind other mags. It's the only place I saw it.

UPDATE

Hello MK, this is an update. The B&N #2650 in West Covina does indeed have Classic Style in the Mens Interest, second row up and they had four (4) copies, one of which was in rough shape. Whom ever helped me the first time forgot their brain or some thing :p

Cheers,
Jeff

Plano, Tx Store No. 2566, February 2007

Zero issues of Classic Style- They did say they carry it, and it was supposed to be in the Men's Interest section. But salesperson assumed they had all been sold. This was a couple weeks ago, around valentine's day- I forgot to post

Store number 2262 -- Clackamas Town Center, Portland, OR -- No issues

I scoured power pillars and magazine racks to no avail. Then I took action: After presenting myself as an important accomplice of MK's, they frantically rounded up the woman in charge of magazines who was also unable to find any copies. She thinks they were taken off the shelf in preparation for a new issue. I frowned at her and thanked her for her help.

This situation must be rectified!

Right between Men's Health and Maxim.
Eight copies on the shelf. No power tower sighted.

Today I went to the Barnes & Noble in Bloomfield Hills, MI, store number 1969. There were several copies in the Men's Interest section, but they were so well hidden that I had to get the help of a salesman to locate them.

As an aside, it's a great magazine!:eusa_clap Not that I had any doubts about that, though.

In an effort to find the latest Menswear I stopped off at the B&N I mentioned in the post above (Birmingham, Summit location). No Menswear to be found, but on the top row barely visible were several Classic Style magazines. I grabbed one and put it on the front row on top of an Esquire. Then in deference to nicksull (Ask Andy member, editor at Esquire) I moved it in front of the GQ instead.

Coralville, IA. #2917, 8 copies in Men's Interest, top rack 2nd shelf. We moved them to a convient empty slot front and center. Gotta' keep an eye on men in fedoras and women with seamed stockings, we're sneaky!:)

It thought I'd posted this early on but I don't see it now. In any event, I got the same experience at three stores I checked. Not on the power rack or whatever they call it, but on the regular magazine racks in the book section, and at one, I moved it from the more...ugh...graphic mens' magazine section.

Mike -- it's actually interesting that you say this. Initially, I had trouble locating Classic Style. The section dedicated to men's interests is also where the more "graphic" mags are. The longer I had to stand there trying to find Classic Style, the more I felt like I needed a trenchcoat...
