Universe kicked me in the junk so I dialed in Xmas Tunes

I'm healthy, and my wife and daughter are healthy but, the past 6 weeks have been tough. I can't seem to get out of my own way and things that can go wrong usually do (again, in the grand sceme of things everyone is safe and healthy but my cases at work are blowing up on me, I'm dumping milk on my newly polished shoes, dropping lunch on my best ties, etc).

So, even though it was only the first week of November, I dialed in Christmas Songs on Pandora and have been listening to Holiday music for the past 2 weeks. I realized it is the happiest music I know and it does a good job getting me in an OK mood.

Is anyone else listening to Holiday Music yet? My wife things I've lost it and she refuses to listen before the weekend following Thanksgiving.

I love Christmas music, too, but yeah, like your wife, I have to wait until after Thanksgiving before I pop in the Bing Crosby and Nat King Cole CDs. :)

I listen to Bing all year 'round, and sometimes his Xmas stuff pops in, too. As far as strictly holiday music, I also wait until Thanksgiving is over, the turkey's put away and the tree goes up. Then I can start officially.

Here in Utah there are 2, thats right 2, radio stations that play nothing but Christmas music for all of November and December. They are my go to stations once Halloween is over. I love it! Keep the holiday tunes coming I say.

I actually have been listening to it. We have several channels on the TV with it. I like the instrumental best. Gets me in the mood to list my Christmas inventory.

I'm listening also. I have an extensive amount of obscure and rare Christmas music, so I can listen and enjoy and not feel like I'm "cheating". The real warm and fuzzy stuff like Nat King Cole, etc, I try to hold off til after Thanksgiving.

I haven't started listening to Holiday music yet. If I did, I might get burned out before Christmas gets here. I have to wait until after Thanksgiving too. Then it feels right.
