I found a DVD for 5 bux of DOA the 1950 classic recently, the clothes, the style, and the incredible nightclub scene make this a real experience. Great plot too, the guy who's 'just been murdered', and has 24 hours to find out why.

And that really funny "whistling" noise when he's at the hotel looking at the girls!!!

yeah that stinks, but there is a theory that was added to the soundtrack later by studio execs to lighten up the film, still a great film tho
