I’ve got a J-22 in size 44, and the J-24 collars fit mine. I’ve got a newer black collar as well as the older brown, both purchased through celluloid1984.com

Well guys, It seems like Cheech was right. The new mouton collar fits fine. I would say there are some areas that would need to be stretched (I don't know if it is because the collar is new maybe after a few wears, it fits better) the back button is off by only .5 mm (or less) .... It could be my installation that is the problem. Anyway here are some pictures.

Looks sharp! I think you will find that the leather will stretch to adapt to the fit. At this point, I never remove the mouton collar, and it fits perfectly. Good score!
