Here's an example of a Blackened Brown Vicenza jacket that is further along in showing the brown of the Dark Seal underneath the Black overdye (there is variation from batch to batch, so some hides will show the color wear faster than others). When I first acquired this jacket in 2020, the leather was quite smooth and relatively uniform in texture. Over the past several years, it has developed an interesting and prominent grain in many areas. I think it has much more character now.
