We love working on jackets from different manufacturers! We've restored hundreds of vintage leather jackets and the time has come to perform maintenance and repairs on the new generation of vintage gear. This jacket had a rough first day and the new owner had to wrestle his way out of the zipper, leaving some torn teeth and tape. This isn't an unusual situation with a new (or new-to-you) jacket, so if you get stuck in a jacket, call that friend who is handy with pliers and patient enough to help you out of it. Regardless of the outcome, we can diagnose the issue and get your zipper working again or replaced with a new one!

Lookin' good in the Aero Board Racer fit jacket! This is a great example of why our fit jacket process is so important. While this is an awesome fit and goes "by the numbers" according to body sizing, the customer chose to go up a size on his custom order for his own comfort and fit preference. The next size up will look great too, but it would have been a gamble to determine this without getting a stock jacket for the fitting. And it's not just a matter of going up or down in the jacket size...the fit jacket process allows us to set the custom lengths and make adjustments to the waist width and shoulder width if needed! Using our fit jacket process, the front drop was adjusted to be longer than standard so that the back could be shortened without raising the front hem.
