We use a fit jacket process rather than measurements to fit for custom orders because everyone likes to wear their jackets a little differently. Another factor is the leather type. Depending on the leather you choose, you'll need different measurements. A third factor is that measurements don't tell the whole story because you'll need different numbers depending on the style. Look at this transformation! Side-by-side of nicely aged and brand new Natural CXL jackets. We received an Aero Sheene in Natural CXL FQHH last week that's now up on our Gently Worn and Vintage page. The development of this jacket is amazing--a deepening of the color, tons of grain popping and character marks coming through. The jacket has softened up quite a bit with only a little of the CXL stiffness left. There's still potential left in this leather for the next owner, so check out the details here--
