Jaterniče is a Czech sausage made with rice and offal, very good. Zély is of course Saurkraut. Blutwurst is German Blood Sausage, also very tasty, though exceedingly rich, and Rotkohl is that sweet German red cabbage.

I cannot abide the addition of sweet corn to cornbread. That said, I always add a teaspoon of both sugar and salt to my cornbread batter.
