Tim Roth in Rob Roy, a Scots-historical Liam Neeson vehicle, which sadly garnered little attention as it came out around the same time as Braveheart (needles to say, it's a superior piece, and also closer to historical reality than Mel Gibson's effort!).

Raph Fiennes as Amon Goethe in Schindler's List.

Tim Curry as Dr Frank'n'Furter in The Rocky Horror Picture Show.

Bela Lugosi, Christopher Lee and Gary Oldman as Dracula; in the same vein, Max Shreck as Count Orlok.

Major Arnold Ernt Toht, as played by Ronald Lacey in Raiders of the Lost Ark

Donald Pleasance as Blofeld in the Bond films. Always a great villain, but nobody as so iconic as Pleasance in the role.

Som great villains in the horror genre, too - Leatherface, Michael Myers, Norman Bates.

Robert Montgomery ...of all people
May not remember this... 1937 he plays a terrible lout and murderer as Danny the young cigarette smoking house helper who kills trusting and unsuspecting, rich Dame May Whitty while seducing Rosalind Russell her niece. He is a real psycho in NIGHT MUST FALL...

A very against-type role for him and, yes, the messed up the wiring bad at the factory on his character in that one.

Oh, I forgot! Michael Corleone, aren't he?

Brainwashed by military and war, more and more cold as ice, murdering step by step. Psychopathic and alone in the end.
