Thoroughbred 20X.
Added. When you have time let me know the brim width if there is no tag. I would like to have that info. And I think I have said this before but that is my favorite hat on you that you own.Thoroughbred 20X.
Second hat in my post here: https://www.thefedoralounge.com/threads/the-other-open-roads.36972/page-31#post-2438266Link? Details? I went back as far as page 30 when everything was being thrown out there & I must have missed it. There are a few listings that probably should be on a Stratoliner clone list.
This was posted in WHAYWT a few days agoView attachment 171091 View attachment 171090 Roger Brent, Open Road/Stratoliner style, lightweight. Does anyone know about this brand or its vintage?
Would you consider "Royal Luxury" to be a specific model name or a Wormser grade? Makes no difference to me but we're beginning to lose our way a bit here.My recently added "Royal Luxury" Wormser shown here: https://www.thefedoralounge.com/threads/the-other-open-roads.36972/page-36 could also be added, as it is different from the 3X or the Texan.
I did add the Brent from that 2007 post you referenced, but it would be nice to know the model & specs. Just to have the name Brent on the list doesn't really add much to the knowledge base, does it? And I see Auctioneer as a model, not the brand. Again, more info is needed to be beneficial. I think it was BB who had more brand info on that, so I'll let him weigh in.I would say a Wormser grade.....and as I think about it, you are probably right as to not bothering to list this quality graded hat of which I do not know the specific model.......I do believe both the "Auctioneer"s as well as the Brent DO need to be added.
Will do.Going back thru the thread Scott & added the Nebraskan on Edit above. If you learn the width of the brim or any other specs, let me know.
I love those Resistols.Resistol Waco

This hat is just so wonderful....inside and out!!!Thoroughbred 20X.
Than you sir, they’re among my favorites.I love those Resistols.
Excellent! Here is my "Auctioneer" inside and out. Apparently commisioned for the National Auctioneers Association........I have two of these. Both came with a "Rancher/Cattleman" crease and the awesome red liners...... I made this one over...... gives it a sort of campaign hat look.

And another beauty. Here is my Brent.....inside and out. Came to me open crown ......l chose to do a rough telescope.....makes it more casual and I think goes with the nice medium grey color. 4" crown as creased (5 1/2 open) and 2 1/2 inch brim.

is that a bone color or a light grey? never know with lightingIn light of HPG's LaSalle -- here is a Stetson 3X that, due to the 3-ply ribbon, I tend to think of as my "western" OR:
For gtd's purposes, this probably qualifies as an OR "cousin"...
