Very cool all around. Good work on getting an old hat back into wearable condition.

Anyone else notice Stetson now lists 6X and Royal Deluxe Open Roads at the same MSRP? Am I imagining things?

Were they shellacking 6Xs into oblivion? Is the new version of the RD lesser?

I don't know what the deal is with the Stetson website but I can tell you the dealer cost for the Royal is 12% higher than that of the 6X.
For those of you that haven't seen it yet, this is the new true blue Pure beaver Open Road.

That's really nice and I love the blue. If you pop it out, what's the open crown height (and what does the taper look like)?
