No matter what the hand looks like , my money is on that's a girl . I think I saw pictures of her holding a calf being branded . If you looked at Wrangler Jeans I'm sure you spotted better than the one you posted , but I know they were probably not appropriate . I know women know what they're doing , they don't fool me . There used to be a saying that was turned into a bumper sticker "Wrangler Butts Drive Me Nuts" , and it was true .

I once shook hands with worlds #1 women’s tennis player.
She had a strong callous grip not unlike
a man’s. Yet,she had a very feminine figure and soft spoken.

Oh, you and Steffi Graf again. Jake I can only imagine what that experience was like, especially as a player. I've enjoyed every recollection you've posted about that time. I've always enjoyed tennis as a casual fan, as a player, I'm much better at frisbee. I think Andre Agassi is a lucky man.

I was referring to Chris Evert. But I agree with you about Agassi.
I used to think not too highly of Agassi when he competed.

But if he is still with Steffi than he must’ve changed to a nice person
I don’t believe Steffi would still be with him if he wasn’t.

Based on the description I thought it was going to be Billy Jean King, the carpet queen.

This sounds like B.S. on my part with name dropping.
But my job as a video news cameraman
I was very very fortunate to meet & talk
with them. Hanging around, I was lucky
to hit for a little bit.

I asked Billie Jean when we were watching a match in San Antonio.
She knew I played tennis.
I asked her what would she do if she
had won the first set and was ahead like
5 to 0 in the second set.
I was leading up to ask her if she would
ease off being so far ahead in the match.

But she cut me off and told me...
“No, no, no, you finish it...later you can
feel sorry!”

Hitting with Steffi was nice and fun.
But in a match against an opponent, she was a tigress. I doubt I could win one
point.

These are champions ! :)

Hitting with Graff or anyone of her caliber is quite the honor.

We just finished an interview. She’s taking off the mic.
I was off the following day and I went to see her and we got to hit.

I was playing in a local tournament the following week.
She signed my shirt sleeve for good luck.
I forgot that on on the other side sleeve I had asked Monica Seles
to sign the shirt as well.
She made a mock gesture of jealousy. :)

This is an “Autochrome" of Mark Twain by Alvin Langdon Coburn made in 1908.

I recently ran across this photo of Twain’s eldest daughter, the much-loved Suzy who died tragically at age 24. Photos can sometimes be misleading but I was shocked by how beautiful she is in this one:

Then I found this photo of a young Sam Clemens - he had a striking physical appearance as well. Something of the gypsy in the both of them:

Is this off-topic enough to warrant a shooting by Yosemite Sam?

Suzy was quite a beautiful young lady Nathaniel . I'm sure Sam's personality alone kept many young men at bay . Sad she passed away so young .
