Really? It's probably my "modern" sensibilities, but none of those hats suggest "western" to me in any way. The crown bash looks like a cattleman crease with a sharp dent in the front of the crown, at least the one I think he's referencing. I could be wrong though.Really? they were comparing early hip hop pioneer artists who were never recorded to early jazz artists who were also never recorded and drawing all the paralleles between the two styles .
