Score! I’ll look forward to seeing it worn on your way to Sunday services.

Two great finds Brent. Gotta luv a midnight blue homburg!Another great old Mallory. This time a soft felt homburg. The brim has a lot more of the D’Orsay curl than my later vintage Homburgs. The felt is a super dark inky blue. I juxtaposed it with my black derby to demonstrate that it is actually blue…it looks the darkest black except in bright direct light.

Two great blues in one day! Wow! I need to hang around here more often!
No you can not! Beautiful hat, Stefan. I’m thinking this may be Mallory’s version of the Flagship with the triple stitching on the brim.Mallory Aristocrat Quality fedora in grey. Classic looking fedora in a size 56 with the overwelted and triple stitched brim at 6cm and the crown at 10,5cm at the center dent. Can't go wrong with this kind of hat and I'm not passing up on a nice Mallory even if I have plenty of hats in this colour scheme.

Thank you, Joe. Could well be. Have to set it beside the Flagship though to see how much alike they really are. For some reason I'm thinking the Flagship has a more substantial crown, but I might be wrong. No you can not! Beautiful hat, Stefan. You and me both. I find them hard to resist. Thanks, Matt.Even if you have plenty of hats in this colour scheme,
it's really a wonderful scheme that at least I can't get enough of to see.
Very well may be true. Even if they have similar height.. may be less taper on the Flagship. Finish of course impossible to assess in photos. Very similar in stylings though. Beautiful hat for sure. 1920 or older (based on the "& Sons" naming)? Sold for $34. I thought about bidding, but didn't have a place to display it -- that my wife would agree to anyway.
$34!! You should have bought it anyway, Bob. I'm sure you could have flipped it for more.Anyone here snag this?

Yeah, but shipping. I wonder what the dimensions were.
16" x 8"
That likely wouldn't have been too bad.
