I agree. I've learned far more from reading Miss Lizzie's posts than I ever learned in high school, and find her writing style to often be as entertaining as it is informative.

Scotty & Zombie, I do agree. Plus she has knowledge about many golden era historical happenings. I wasn't attempting to diss Miss Main, I just was fascinated by another member's seemingly ultra fascination.

Y'all did a nice job on the update @nathanflowers and others! I checked it out today and found it to be very user friendly. It doesn't really affect me since I use Tapatalk 99% of the time, but I found it to look nice and be very navigable. Thank you for all the work y'all put into the site. It is much appreciated and does not go without notice.

Humble suggestion: add a "mark forum read" button to the individual forums. The old software had this. Now, it appears that one must go to the forum list to mark forums read.

You can mark individual forums as read via the menu under Forums. Select "Mark forums read" and then it gives you the option to do it for the subforum you're currently on.

Top-right of the screen. You don't see a light bulb next to the bell and envelope?

You can also click on your avatar, then go to Preferences, and set the style to "The Fedora Lounge - Dark."

Thanks Nathan, I was then about to post to say that I fixed it. I run ublock to block out ads and banners, which included the Tapatalk banner. I disabled ublock and the lightbulb revealed itself.

That would be great as, especially location, can bring context to the post, for example, knowing that a post is from someone in the UK can help someone in the US (and vice versa) understand the poster's perspective better.

Also, I know it was brought up earlier, but why is there a red number above the "Articles" heading / is it necessary?

Click on the articles and it should go away. You can also click "mark read" under the articles tab.

You should. I just analyzed your permissions, and you have the full ability to edit your posts for 7 days.

Lots more ads on the sides, middle, and bottom now ~ why so many more ads? This is as bad as Facebook now, which I recently deleted.
