A while back, Baron Kurtz posted and sold a 1920s/30s cap that has stuck firmly in my craw for the last year or so. Today I finally got to make my replica, with inspiration from that cap. In honor of it, I've dubbed it the "Aero-Club". Thanks, Pete!!

The Aero-Club flat cap. 1940's wool/silk fabric with pintucks, 1950's kimono cotton liner, leather sweatband and leather visor, and a swanky vintage DOT snap in brass (I stumbled on a good-sized assortment of vintage snaps in different sizes and shades).
