Thanks, guys. I really enjoy my vintage bow ties. I have a custom cap on order, and am looking forward to its arrival.

Finished tonight. The fabric is 1900's Japanese cotton textile with multiple original patches/mends. I was told the grey/black patch's fabric may be close to 200 years old!

Kind of an instant hobo cap.

I'll post interior pics and noggin shots over the weekend - now I gotta sleep!

catchin up on the caps, I like what I see
Keith I have come upon some of the Antique Japanese textiles & the black indigo is beautiful stuff tattered or pristine
big $'s too for small pieces.
Johnny J & I examined some at the last Inspiration show for caps & we had no idea this
fabric was so cool & rare & antique.
