hey guys...i have not yet steamed it....this it it out the box.....& its cool as is.
i steam most my caps after a few wears & it really does help to get the character you want....
i have a Jiffy 4000 & it does wonders for caps as well as fedoras.....
too bad its 96 degrees all week not cap weather....when winter comes ill post up some pics of my caps being worn...

Here's one of mine. I'm about to list this in the classifieds. It's from the 40s or 50s and has a fabric headband rather than leather. Certainly not unheard of. Lovely herringbone wool with lots of multicoloured flocking on this 8-panel cap. Fits like a large size 7, or small 7 1/8.

Another one to post before selling. The Barrymore Cap. Canada's Best Cap 8 panel newsboy. Lovely black/white/grey oatmeal fabric. Leather sweatband in front as noted in Mario's ads above.

Thanks Ed, I really love the fabric too. It kills me to sell it - it just doesn't work for me, though. The fabric and very wide cap body are just too much for my frame.
