Hello Pellie,
Thanks a lot, it definitely help. It’s a 6 1/2 so probably 60cm as the seller told me. Need to determine if it’s rabbit or wool but I do believe I won’t be able to know until I get it in my hands. The seller thinks it’s rabbit as well… I will do an offer a bit cheaper to see what he says. Thanks again!
6 1/2 indeed is size 60. You can assume the hat is at least rabbit. Good luck buying.

Let me muddy the waters a bit about what I thought I knew about the borsalino labels or at least come up with a hypothesis. I found these two Borsalinos on sale through the same seller. I have not bought these yet, so they are not my hats. Here are the pics.

Great colour which we don't see often and the model name "Efebosan 38" is one we haven't seen before. But before we go on, let's look at hat two:

Now, what made me scratch my head for a bit is the fact that the numbers upper left are consecutive numbers. It's this number we associate with the model number and there is substantial data to back that up. While it can be a coincidence that two hats from the same retailer from the same time period happen to have consecutive model numbers, I somehow doubt it.
I have found hats from the same retailer (not this one) with consecutive numbers on the upper right, which I interpreted to mean that these numbers are some sort of ordernumbers.

Now here's the hypothesis. Borsalino made an awful lot of different models over the years and it could well be that some models were made especially for certain retailers. In fact they do that even today; I believe Delmonico sells some Borsalino models exclusively. If that is the case, it would explain that certain (exclusive) models for the same retailer have consecutive model numbers.
Cecosan is not a common model; aside from this one we've only seen one of those before (without a retailer name) and Efebosan 38 is the only one so far we've seen.
It could be time to offer a reward for the one who solves the Borsalino label mystery; it's worse than the Zodiac killer code!
