Thanks. The only hats that fit as perfectly as this one are the ones that Optimo re-sized for me.

How could I forget this no-name ventilated straw? Had Sept. 1940 newspaper clippings under the sweatband reporting about the Battle of Britain.

The ribbon faded from royal blue to a nasty purple color. Going to have it replaced.

There are so many exceptional hats posted it is hard to pick The Best of 09.

Has anyone else observed the quality of the fedoras shown at the Lounge have gone up? We've seen some amazing hats the last few years.

I think the education we have received on what makes a good and exceptional hat has worked quite well. Everyone seems to be on the same page as to what to look for and the price we will need to pay to acquire a great hat.

Very few gems pass under the radar anymore. Now it is a matter of who is the best at sniping.

I sniped a nice Stetson 25 today.....;)

Yah, no kidding! I've scored a couple of very nice Whippets lately but I paid a little more that 30 bucks for each of them.
