There are so many quality properties sitting fallow in NYC, but this one is truly a beaut. It's probably going to take 6-7x acquisition price (50M) to get her ready for the dance.

Bandwidth wasn't the reason after all - it was those gents who outrank the deity in local clout. Suppose they're dismayed at all the attention? Positive tho it is, it does make a very private property public in a way. Cagey New York businesspeople and the internets don't mix - I learned it myself years ago.
