Still Life...Oh, I thought the title was Wild Life!

Hurricane Jack, that's one instrument I'd like to get a chance to play.
I've handled quite a few firearms over the years, but never had the chance to fire a Thompson.

Then I'm sure you know all the legal paperwork & hoops you have to jump thru to legally own one of those today. It wasn't mine. We had a judge where I live who owned one in his collection for a long time & I got to fire it at a couple of different outings. Late in his life before he passed he sold it to a lawyer friend of his. I always tried to keep track of that Thompson in hopes I could own it someday but somewhere along the line I lost track of it. The lawyer passed away 8-9 months ago & the Thompson was not part of his estate, so I'm not sure just who has it now.

CDs, wow, I haven't handled one of those since I loaded my Ipod about 5 years ago. They're almost as rare as vinyl.

A big +1. Some of my fav musicians published both cd's and vinyl of late and it is grand listening! Great speakers and music with depth - true auditory luxury.
