I think Sly got way better into the early-mid 70's (music wise not personal habbits). "Frisky" ,"Poet", If you want me to stay" "Loose Booty" "Luv' N Haight" "Time for livin" I don't know(satsifaction) was in my opinion far more complex, deeper, more soulful, Funkier, but most importantly more of Sly really expressing himself and not the record label. Dance to the music is good but these songs are Great.

Obviously Thank You(Falettinme Be Mice Elf Agin) is an instant classic white or black, young or old, square or hip.
