Looks good! Down to what temperature do you think it is good with just a shirt? It is lighter than a B3 which might be overkill anyway.

I only wear my shearlings with a shirt down to -5 Celsius. From then on I add another layer. But I also like it warm.

Received the Eastman B3 50cal today, very happy with it I must say.

I'm 6'7 with a lean built, so off the rack jackets almost never fit me.

Wanted to go with a custom Aero because of that but due to the price increase (and a domestic Eastman retailer), this one was cheaper and I figured I might just try it first. Happy I did.

@Will Zach it depends on the brand. My aero was much warmer than my eastman.
Aero with tshirt 32f
Eastman with a tshirt 45f

Sure it's a sitze 46 btw

Shoulders: 55cm
P2P: 63 cm
Sleeves: 67cm
Back length: 73cm but falls like non-shearling jackets with a ~66cm length

Another B6, by Toys Mccoy.
B6 probably has the easiest design to adapt for daily wear, not super heavy and has pockets and action back, and half belt shaped and length.

Finding a standard jacket that fits at 6.7 is amazing. Congratulations

And the jacket goes back to be exchanged with the exact same model/same size.

The stitching on one cuff is so misaligned that the overlapping piece of leather actually hurts by piercing into the wrist (besides looking sloppy on top of that).

Hey guys - a question.

Which sheepskins have side handwarmer pockets one can actually use? While I love the look of Aero's Arctic Issue B3, I absolutely cannot come to terms with lack of handwarmer pockets on a winter garment.

I get historical accuracy and the fact you did not need handwarmers because you needed your hands to fly a bomber aircraft - I get all that, but I need handwarmers if I ever am to get an aviator-style sheepskin jacket.

Suggestions?
