Had a hard day at work on Monday so my wife took me thrifting to lift my mood. It worked! Prices ranged from 50-cents to $2.00.

Crestwood Cravats, 48" x 4-1/4":

No label brocade, 49" x 4".

Murrytown, linen, 47" x 3":

No label, linen, 47" x 3-1/2":

The Amanas, wool, 55" x 4":

Arrow, 53" x 2-1/4":

Heers, 53" x 2-3/4":

No label, acetate / rayon, 57" x 2":

No label, acetate / rayon, 56-1/2" x 1-1/8":

Wow nice score. 5-10$ in a few thrift stores plus hours of entertainment. Better than going to the movies

Bob, congrats on the haul!! The Crestwood is my favorite (can you believe it?) but they all are enviable finds. Several decades worth of goodness covered in that sweep.

How about this for a find. Was made by a small clothing maker in the 70s. From all the research I could find. The guy started out in the costume department for some of the major studios in Hollywood and started offering his wears in several stores in Los Angeles. When I 1st saw this tie it almost got over looked and I happened to look closer and couldn't believe it.
