Oh boy. So thunderw21 and I went halfs on two lots of ties. About 30 ties each in the end. My half just arrived. All from the 30s and 40s. 8 Sulka silk ties (none watered silk, unfortunately), at least 8-10 from John Wanamaker; the rest mostly high end Paris and London ties. Unbelievable. None of your silk tipped 25 cent numbers in here! This guy was a high roller!

I can't remember but I think my contribution was $20 or so.
