They may have grabbed up a lot of them and continue to do so, but there's still a fighting chance to obtain these. Belted suits on the other hand....
You are so right Mondo. I believe that the purchases were happening on the West Coast, presumably, around LA or San Francisco? And fortunately, there are still vintage neckties to be had. I will post hopefully shortly some of my Formats.

Love the narrative motif with fountain and the scenery. Also dig the abstract deco piece. Great array,
Thanks! I really like the scenery one too--This one is probably 1950s. It looks very much like those Saul Bass credit sequences and movie posters from the era. Also, keep in mind you can go back and edit posts if you make a formatting error or forget information, etc.

Thanks MondoFW. Still learning the syntax of the site's system. I do like the designs of the early fifties where even Disney conformed to the design techniques that the UPA studios promoted with Mr. Magoo and Gerald McBoing Boing.

Nice!! I'm a fan of those skinny 60s atomic ties, and that Cavalier is a fine example of one. I used to wear them a lot years ago when I was skinny, too.

Bob, dig those fifties ties. After all these years, I still have a tough time discerning some of the late fifties ties to early 60's ties. (Except for, I believe, say 1959 or 60, where the ties became spaghetti strands!) Anyhow, watching Perry Mason, circa, 1958, is helping to see the late 50's ties.
