Wow. Mid 30s ties are my favourite. I have to make pictures of my latest finds.
And here's one HECK of a vintage 1940s (or late '30s?) tie:

In terrible condition, unfortunately. Otherwise, it has so many strengths: a top-quality maker, CHARVET; a very rare, very iconic 'Hollywood studio logo' design; a intricate silk brocade weave with visible selvage. IMO, if this tie were in fine condition, it would have sold on eBay long ago.
Whoa! Nice ones. Boone Goodwill?
Finally I have something to post here! I bought a pair of shoes off Etsy, and rolled up and neatly stuffed into the left shoe I found these...
No material label (that I can find) on the back of this one.
"All Silk" Tag on the back of this one.
Actually, for whatever reason, the seller threw them in for free. They have their company price tags on them. That was a good buy there. The second one is a little older than the first but they are both great---especially as a shoe surprise.
Some people pack their ties that way when they travel. I suppose no one thought to look. Good for you.
Nice ties. How do they smell?^^

Anyone BIN this interesting lot?
First time I saw it. Definitely had some interesting pieces.
Gone now. You sure you didn't buy it?
Come on...It was over $3...
