Here is a couple of Morris recliners that I found at a local thrift store a while back. They came Zzyzx springs.
Those are nice Ed! Cool story to go with them too.

Stopped at a garage sale on the way back from having my mail-in ballot notarized.
FFA sweatshirt.
Had to Google CABOOL to figure out where it is. Seems to be somewhere west of the Mississippi River.

Pretty good visit to the flea. An old stoneware whiskey jug and an early model Zebco 33.
Yeah. They're pretty solid. I didn't really need another, but the guy only wanted $6. I couldn't pass it up for that cheap. It's in great shape.I like those old 33s, especially those with the brass gears. Built to run smooth for a long time!
Ever seen the early one with the thumb ball clutch instead of the button?View attachment 269654

Like on the 11 and 22? I've seen those, but never used one. I came across an 11 awhile back at an antique store, but I wasn't in the market for it for what they were asking.Ever seen the early one with the thumb ball clutch instead of the button?
You push the ball with your thumb, it clicks & disengages the clutch. I have one, maybe two. I also have an early 66 with black metal body before they went plastic. I'm sure I'm remembering correctly that it's a 66 & it was pretty much the same as the 33 at the time but with a black metal body instead of chrome. Same drag/clicker & everything.Like on the 11 and 22? I've seen those, but never used one. As cheap as a Dixie Cup but you gotta wash 'em! It only costs a little more to go First Class.I can pretend to be fancy with a buy in of 50-cents for the pair of tumblers.

You may know this but there is something like 8,000 registered EAPG patterns known to have existed.
I'm not a collector of EAPG but there is a registered pattern book that collectors do buy.I had no idea it was that many, but I certainly don't doubt it.
That dish alone is probably worth a fortune, but the story makes it priceless.I'm not a collector of EAPG but there is a registered pattern book that collectors do buy.
My grandmother had a long Pyrex sheet casserole dish with fancy handles molded off each end that resembled sea shells. Supposedly my grandfather won it shooting rifles at a carnival. One of my female cousins has it now.
