swinggal-you always find the greates things. That brown knit hat looks adorable as does the blue one with the velvet band and flowers. They are all quite nice.

I am going to use this vintage fabrice for a skirt. I do love etsy.

As I'm not out to make a buck off postage, with normal post they would be around 10 to 12$ to ship to the UK or US, could be less. I'll post the ones i want to sell when they arrive :)

Both the skirt and top are new, but only the skirt is vintage, it's not the best picture, but my favorite part of it is the color and that comes across nicely haha :)

Sometimes the skirt may allow you to move the button which may give an extra inch or two. Good luck with your skirt search (check Etsy as well!) - I think they would be really nice and toasty for Winter.;)

I got these sweet little scatter pins to dress up a plain black dress I have (sorry the photo is so small!):

That print is adorable. I have seen alot of cute vintage dresses with border prints. I don't know why I never thought to make anything from them before.

my sewing skills are terrible!

i am just too impatient and forgetful! (for instance, constantly forgetting to put the foot down and mangling everything)
