Not sure on the era, but based on the fabric, I would call this an orphaned suit jacket.

I'm not sure but would think it's 60s with some elements of more traditional tailoring. But please don't pin me down. Anyway, the fabric is really beautiful.

Thanks for your input, Matt! How would you call this fabric? I ’m pretty sure it’s wool, but is it tweed? I think the weave is too fine to call it that

What do you guys think of this one? Short fit, the lapels are quite wide - 3 and 3/4 inches. Leather covered buttons, pure wool - has a woolmark tag, but an early version of it. I assume this to be late 60s early 70s, but I may be wrong. Would appreciate your input on the style and era

I would put it in the same time frame as you and the other jacket. For the 'name of the fabric': I have no idea of the correct designation but would call it tweed...
