Shoes, shoes and more shoes

Some shoes to stare at in an ImageShack gallery. Many are a bit modern and fashion forward, but there are a lot of classic styles including dress boots. I thought some here might find it of interest.

It's a picture gallery put together by a guy (not me) from websites, ebay auctions and forum postings. They're essentially shoes he liked. Of course, if you've got the money, I'm sure the maker's represented would be glad to accomodate you! You can often tell the maker and model name from the picture file name, eg=Edward Green; cj=Crockett & Jones, etc. Others represented include Vass (Budapest), Weston (French) and John Lobb Paris (English made, represented there as "jl"). You're looking at ~$500 on the low end, more like $800+ for most.

That is very interesting. Some of the high top boots with wing tips and toe caps might be worth looking into.
