I just watched this on YouTube. I almost fell out of my chair! The 40's hair was AWFUL. At least she got sent home!

I actually gasped when I saw that horror of a 40s hairdo walking down the runway. And that outfit too. Eek!
Even if you aren't as passionate about 40s vintage as the people on this board, you'd think that she would have possibly seen a movie from that period or thought of oh--a million different stars--Betty Grable, Veronica Lake, Katherin Hepburn--even a photo of her own grandmother to give her some guidance. And if you are interested in hair, wouldn't you notice different styles.
It made me realize that really--FLers are a small minority of people who appreciate older styles, etc. Wow.
