Got it on Yahoo Auction JP. Brand new with tags but no box. Don't know about the ebay one but there is one for sale at Legendary USA.

Looks similar to the Aero King of the Road, though I believe the latter is an amalgam design rather than a repro of a single jacket.

Thx. Made for Japanese market hence the tighter fit. It's a 36. Their contemporary US market models are quite loose such as the one they make for Legendary USA. Funny the 613 and 618 slim fit is called the 613 and 618 US in Japan.

Wish they made that for a Western market. I love that jacket. The Legendary USA one is a lovely jacket, but the biggest size they make is 46.... Bummed out...

Are u talking about the Black Stallion? Legendary was only able to their hands on one 1928H, a size 42 because it is not for US market. It is sold. That is the biggest size on the latest run of 1928H. The Black Stallion according to their website comes in bigger sizes, doesn't it?

The Black Stallion does come in adult sizes but the ltd edition only went up to 46. I contacted Schott to organise a custom sizing order.....they are unable to take custom orders in the forseeable future.....hard enough earning momey, shouldnt be this hard to throw it away!

Lol. I like the ltd edition as well. They are however too big for me. I originally tried to order the normal Black Stallion in 36 but Legandary is out of stock. The retail price of the 1928H is about USD1000 which was way more expensive than the Stallion. Then I came across this 1928H for about the same price as the Stallion. A guy actually asks for USD 1200 for a 36 1928H brand new on Schott's website. [huh]

Crikey! Ive never considered myself to be a big size, as I played alot of rugby until recently, and sadly, I was never the biggest boy on the paddock by a very long shot. Its hard trying to find alot of the good gear in 48-50, which I still dont consider to be a huge size. The vintage gear never comes in big boy sizes, and theres seldom stuff advertised 2nd hand in these sizes. I nearly picked up a beaut Eastman b3 for a steal, but was scared that a 48 might be a tad small....I agonised for days over it, and ended up missing out, as Ive fallen into that trap too man times....

Yeah, trial and error. I bought a size 34 Vanson Comet 2nd hand but it was too small. Ended up selling it and buying a 36. Good thing is there are tons of those around in the second-hand market, all very good condition because of the thick leather and solid built.
