I can't live without Gain! I actually sniff the dryer sheets daily.. LOL It all started with my first pregnancy!

We use Downey liquid softener...and some kind of dryer sheets.

I'm in college, so I don't use fabric softeners. I think I used to use some kind of generic brand that was always on top of the dryer. It did it's job I guess, I can't really tell the difference.

Indeed! As for "fabric softener", it sounds extremely dubious stuff.

I can never understand it when people put fabric softener in their towels. Don't they realize that it diminishes the towels absorption powers?:eusa_doh:

My MIL does this (adds fabric softener to her towels) and it drives me batty! My grandmother on the other hand refuses to add even dryer sheets to the towels, and they come out all scratchy and rough.

As for me and mine, Bounce is the dryer sheet of choice. Nothing better than the smell of freshly washed towels, sheets, and jammies!
