I normally prefer the rigid version as opposed to the distressed but Rising Sun have developed a nice wash for their jacket.

Deluxestyling, looks great!

How the hell did you get MF in the suburban UK? I heard that was damn near a mission impossible. LoL.

I've bought quite a few bits from them over the last few years. Only once visiting the shop on a Stateside holiday. I always deal with John and order stuff by email and an occasional phone call if it's easier. They ship International no problem and are very easy to deal with.

Shipping prices terrify me. I've looked at Rakuten, and while it's competitively-priced, I'm leary of the shipping prices (they don't tell you at the check-out, it comes later) and I'm worried that I could be presented with a "NOOOO!" *faints* bill.

Email? Phone call? Cue up that Mission Impossible theme now!

If you're buying stuff direct from Japan you may want to try these guys to proxy for you. http://sutocorp.com/

Had a pair of jeans arrive yesterday no problems at all. There are extras like their fee and paypal that will eat into some of the price savings but in my case those jeans aren't available anywhere else so it's slightly different.

Cheers for that. The idea of committing to paying for something, and then being told "That'll be £50 postage, please." doesn't appeal.

LOL. I have been charged 50 quid by Aero twice. The postage do cost a lot given the distance. I have not had a problem with Rakuten but I live closer. The shipping is pretty much as shown on the list . Some of the shops there will send you an email setting out the total (including the shipping) and ask you to confirm before shipping out. Using forwarder however does have advantage as many shops there do not ship overseas. Little bit of advice, if your shipping box is auto-set to UK owing to the server, change the shipping box to Japan (and thru forwarding) manually, it will open a whole new world.

Useful to know - I've been put off buying a few times just because, more than anything, the packaging info wasn't clear. Certainly, Google's translation service doesn't always help either!
