Sadly this doesn’t fit the way I want it to. It feels too long in the front. Thus I’m parting with it before it’s been worn aside from trying it on.

Made from black teacore shinki, the teacore comes through very quickly. The main zip is a vintage heavy duty military zipper for a duffel bag so the teeth are still sharp and it scrapes the teacore off very easily. Reg suggested I use a dremel with felt tip and buffing compound to smooth and shine the zipper so it is softer.

The lining is a new old stock vintage wool houndstooth.

Approximate measurements:

Chest: 22.75”
Shoulder: 18”
Sleeve: 26.5”
Back: 25.5”


I will provide photos of the measurements when I return from my trip to NY and upon request. Price is $1000 shipped in CONUS via Zelle or Venmo.

It’s a cool jacket, but I agree the fit is a bit longer for this style. Not sure that’s bad or not, but I noticed it right away.

It does look great on you but I also with it was a little closer to your belt. I feel as if the front drop is too much. Still looks amazing on you man and you can pull it off 100% I on the other hand don't have as long as a torso so I can't afford that. lol

It does look too long. The fit otherwise looks perfect. The sides of the jacket don’t seem to be congruent at the hem? Is this part of the original design?

Much too long, especially clearly seen when worn open. On the other hand half belts were historically slightly longer jackets, no?
