Me in a vintage store's fitting room. They had this precious for sale, unfortunately it was 900€ or so.

I just tried it on and, meanwhile, tried to figure how to escape from there without being discovered. But no way to run away, the fitting room was in the inside corner of the shop, haha. No, seriously: I had a great time wearing this Top-Notch, a marvelous sensation for a 70 years old jacket.

I have never seen a RP like this one, incredible! The Leather and Cloth label is unique on a leather jacket. Yes, they made all manner of outerwear going back to the 1920s.

The two you have with the mouton collars seem to be an evolution of this one.

Very interesting to see how the aviator style of the 30's - 40's evolved into the motorcycle style of the 50's with the earliest MC iterations seen in the late 40's like your steerhide one.

Could be- the adjuster buckles match mine, but typically RP placed the side straps lower than the half-belt. Yours might also be a Block. What is yours made of?

Not a RP I can see. This looks like a pony hide. Not a design or leather RP used. Block Bilt is a good hunch. Very cool Aviators, I like the black

@Mysteryo I knew I've seen your jacket somewhere after you posted in the 5* thread.

I have that same image of the Penney's labeled jacket from Mushroom but Marc beat me to it. It has a union ticket in the pocket.

Here are the tickets from my two RP's.

I also posted that Penney's months ago in the finds and deals thread. I think it's still for sale.

It has similar buckles that RP use all the time. Also very similar to your buckle you posted above.

My RP has a diamond shape. Buckle on the Penney's and yours has a rectangle. @handymike , what does the buckle on your RP look like?

BTW, Mushroom also had your exact jacket but with different buckles.
