Question about a certain style of fedora, please help!

Hello,
Recently I have been looking for a certain style of Fedora with a smaller width of a brim (perhaps around 1.5"). Something that looks similar to the one worn in this picture:

I have been searching for quite some time now, but most of the ones I have found aren't quite like this. If anyone knows what style this is, what company makes it or where I can get one I would appreciate it immensely. Thank-you.

Thank-you very much. That is a great help. The brim seems to be a bit wide though compared to the one in the picture I believe. If anyone knows of any that have a bit slimmer brim and if they could post it, I would be very greatful.
Thanks again!!

The Village Hat Shop, located in San Diego, has a website, and there is a hat there that I think is pretty close to what you displayed.

it is called Sinatra -- Rude Boy. Let's see if I can bring it up:

The Sinatra fedoras had very small brims and the Rude Boy, worn by some rappers, I believe, have about the smallest brims I have seen.

Get on Ebay

You will find tons of these hats on Ebay. Most buyers are looking for the Indiana Jones sized, or 30-40's hats , which have wider brims and taller crowns. The one you show was very popular in the 60's. Like Frank Sinatra wore. They are referred to as "stingy brims".

Glad you were able to get that hat! You must not live that far from San Diego.

I have a number of hats from Village Hat Shop, myself and refer people there quite a bit.

Will you be able to post photos for us to see?

Wow, you really look great in that hat! Is that a girlfriend in the photo with you? Cute couple.

Wish I could wear some of those shorter brims, but you gotta have the face for it -- and you do.

Thanks for sharing photos!

Yes, thats my girlfriend and thank you very much haha. I love this hat, and have gotten quite a few of compliments on it. Quite a few of my friends have already decided to drive down to San Diego to get one themselves.
