Hello there,
I need a private trustworthy proxy to potentially purchase a Dupont butane lighter from Yahoo JP. Proxy services seem to wuss out as soon as they see the word "lighter", but the lighter can be very easily and slightly disassembled to remove the gas and flintwhich would render it inert and safe for shipping. Ebay merchants have no problem doing it.
Even pointing me in the right direction would suffice.
