Here's a 3X Resistol that I restored and restyled some time back. I converted this one to a "Casual Western" with a lower profile. The open crown height is now 5 3/4 inches and is creased to a Cattleman with a raised ridge in the middle to sit more comfortably on the head. The brim is cut to 3 1/4 inches with a wider curl and pull downs in the front and back. I like the lower profile for when I'm driving. I don't have the brim and the crown bumping into everything when I'm driving around in my truck.
