Beautiful B. Böhm!! Did I miss that earlier? I've been hunting for one myself. Looks the equal of the Hückel.

I have had it for about one month. It is more of a natural velour vs. the slick wet shinny finishes that Hückel produced but still fantastic. I would say my Hückel Sigma Velour and Hückel Superior Crystall Velour are the finest I have encountered. They are both finer than my Hückel Seal Velour.

American Hat Co - Medalist

I've had this one for quite a while and posted some pics of it. But I steamed and brushed it today and thought it would look nice in this thread. A 20's/30's Medalist by American Hat Co.

Unknown maker - oatmeal heather

One of my favorite hats I've found is this oatmeal colored heather felt. The only marking on the sweat is "Olson & Darelius Lake at Nicollet". Its pre-34 based on the union tag and has the straightest crown block. Nice triple stitched raw edge brim.

Some fine grooming on all 3 and outstanding felt finishes.

The crown is around 5.5". Its marked a 7 1/8, measures out to 22.5" circumference. The felt color is an even deeper, richer brown than the pics show because I was using flash.

Bergshire

A jet black oldie from Bergshire of New York. Not much for markings and no union tag. Just an old size tag, taped rear sweat, and a retailer mark with "Clothier and Furnisher" which seem to be pretty old terms. Very straight and almost squared off crown. Non-reeded sweat and raw brim.

I was told that this one was a very early 1930's by the former owner. I know he is a member of good standing here, and has a fantastic collection of vintage hats, but for the life of me I can't remember what his screen name is since I haven't seen him here in some time.

Cheers!

1930's Rubio Fedora

I just got this off of ebay yesterday. Its been on the lounge before. Garret used to own it and I believe sold it on ebay around October of 2010. I bought it from someone else on ebay. I saw it and just had to buy it. The hat used to have a communist pin on front, but thats long gone. I will probably bring it to optimo for a new ribbon that matches the original ribbon identically. Its just really interesting. The over-welt brim has 3 rows of stitches. Heres some pics:
