And leaving the... Well, not the best but certainly the priciest for last, here's my latest & hopefully last, addition - Carol Christian Poell leather coat.

Once I transferred the amount of money to the seller that would've gotten me a shitty car, it struck me that I've bought the exact same thing sixth time in a row, but thank Heavens and DHL Express, before I managed to un-alive myself, it turned out this is a coat of a sort so it's nothing like any of the previous ones.

Right?

Anyway, what can I say about this coat? It's a black leather coat.

I won't get into whether or not is CCP worth the money & if so, why. Same as I can't really explain why I believe this thing ought to cost as much as it does. Same as I can't really explain what exactly makes it entirely different & unique to anything I have seen so far, even though there's nothing different & unique about it because... It all could just be me.

But the matter of the fact is, it is a black leather coat, made from very heavy horsehide, one that fits me very well & one that enjoy wearing. Nothing else matters, I suppose.

Enjoy the photos and that's about it for today.

My collection (if you can call it that) consists of one leather jacket .

I’ve tried a bunch of makers and styles over the least several years, and they either didn’t fit the way I had hoped, or they didn’t suit me.

This is my one and done (as far as leather jackets go).

The Good Wear Hercules: Italian dark seal, talon zips, Sunback lining, flip up cord collar, original repro labels etc. he even signed the inside pocket for me :)

Your entire collection is pretty darn nice. Even all the labels are among my favorite.

That light brown 5* looks incredible- definitely punching above it's price point.

Also great photos- side by side in great lighting

Cheers.
I'd be hard pressed to pick a favourite but it would probably be one of these. Or the Rockafella.
Good thing I don't have to choose.
