This is my second brooks gold label cafe racer. I have one that has great wear ... use to be a Harley Davidson jacket as you can make out the stitching outlines of their logo.

Picked this jacket up a year ago... German jacket with “west Germany” Buckle hardware. I was lucky to find the hardware company still in business and they were generous enough to send me a few of their newer model buckles to replace the ones that were missing.

Sorry - it's Harro. Google "Harro lederjacke" for the best results. Harro used to be Germany's leading motorcycle suit maker and now it's a bit of a cult brand in Germany and some parts of Europe, such as Buco. As far as I am concerned, they were one of the best makers in the world with some of the best designed and made jackets ever.

The smelly vintage Brooks I recently picked up had a few wrinkles, they vanished after a few washes and dries.

You have a pic? I've seen a few with braided epaulets and braided... Some kinda chain like pulls on pockets. Don't know how to explain any better.

Here is a pic of my brooks gold label cafe racer... it’s a basket case ... but I love it!!

- probably a size 42 (22.5” pit to pit)

- lining has been replaced with a black quilted material, but the original label was sewn back on

- main zipper pull was replaced with a YKK pull.

- The front chest pocket zips are still original talons, and the sleeve zipper pulls are ykks

You can also make out the outline of the Harley logo stitching on the back and the outline of patches on the top of the front pockets.

- but the patina is fantastic!!!!

Yes! Like that! It could have been black actually now that I try to recall. It was at a local vintage store around these parts. May have to try it on again.

Lol oh yeah, I know that one. I think Wesley Snipes wears one in Passenger 57. Friend of mine has this jacket but it's... Well, wearing it is a statement alright. I couldn't do it. :3

Anybody have info for this Hein Gericke jacket that I just purchased.

One hole on the collar and missing the button in lining.

All ykk zip pulls in place.
