Very nice Steve.Hückel Weilheim "Extra", 58 cm possibly mid 1950s. The Gray Smooth Finish Felt has a very Soft Hand and easily dry creases. Also a mid width Black Band with contrasting Gray Brim Binding. The "Extra" goes back to J. Hückel´s Söhne and here is a similar earlier example.

I love the bow-less band. Such a clean look!W. & G. Schuchard "J. Harris & Co. Strand 32 London", 58 cm, possibly later 1950s. W. & G. Schuchard were a Wholesaler, Distributor out of Giessen, Lahn, Germany. Matt was very kind to send this hat to me as exchange for a smaller hat that I had mistakenly purchased from a seller that wouldn't ship outside of Germany. The black Felt is really fantastic and easily dry creases. Also has great form and top quality construction. Using an English theme was common in this time period.
